About SP Studio Systems Excalibur SP-3200, 320 Watt Second Monolight. #SP3200 Flash output of full 320 Watt seconds at full power. Flash power control is stepless from 1/8th to full power. The Excalibur studio flash system is made by SP Studio Systems, and marketed by BKA (Brandess-Kalt-Aetna Group, Inc.). The Excalibur was designed to slice through the problems of studio lighting by offering total flash control. Attach easily to SP Studio Systems Excalibur 6400, 3200, or 1600 and their LancerLight AC/Battery Pack Strobe Series. I bought ten days ago the SP-Systems EXCALIBUR 2 Lights Kit 2 SP3200 320 W/S Monolights. Today I wanted to conect it to my camera and I noticed that my Canon Rebel XT needs a Sync Adaptor. Help if you can please. My flashtube died and B&H seems to be the only store that sells it. They are temporarily out of stock and have no idea when it will arrive.
My Excalibur is my mainlight and I can't find a replacement anywhere.
Does anyone know of a compatible flash tube or where I can find one of these.
I have even tried to find out how to contact SP Studio and can't find that info either grrrrr I wish I could just scrap the light and go with a popular mono because if this is the problem now I sure hope when I need more I don't have to go through this again. I plan to order two if I can from some where but they are 70 dollars so two would have to do at least then I could have a back up.
I am going to try and call B&H and ask to speak with a saled manager to ask if there is anyway I can have them pull two or one from a unit to sell to me but who knows if they would be willing.
