The Digging Duo are a pair located in Bridge Field in the Wild Area near the Day Care Center. These two characters will excavate the nearby cliffside in order to get you items. This is in exchange for 500 Watts, the currency accrued in the Wild Area. When you agree, they will save your game and then keep digging until they hit nothing, giving you the results afterward. Both of the duo will do this, but they each have a specialty. The one closest to the Day Care Center will find better rewards but lacks stamina so will typically only get a couple of hits before stopping. The other one has more stamina but typically gets less enticing rewards and the rarer items are even rarer than the other digger, but he does provide some items that the other one doesn't. On the rare occasion, after finishing, they will catch a second wind and continue on with the hunt for items. | |
