LiquidText is an incredibly flexible tool: adding comments to your texts can be done in a variety of ways — text, images, notes. Then, all these elements are indexed for later usage. Oddly enough, I didn't try Liquid Text so I am going to have to check that out. I tried Foxit PDF which had a mediocre writing engine with the Apple Pencil. For reading, however, it seemed quite clean.
